Return Instructions

Online store orders have a 14-day exchange and return right. You can return an intact, unused, salable product by mail or to our store. The right of return does not apply to cut-to-measure products (fabrics, ribbons, cords, etc.) or buttons. Products that have been exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time.

Please note that the cost of returning flawless product remains to be paid by the customer. We will refund the amount of the original purchase as soon as the return has reached us.

• Yarns purchased from our Espoo Store have a 30-day right of exchange, products that have been exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time. Knitting Needles/hooks and accessories, buttons and cut-to-measure fabrics and ribbons/cords purchased in the store do not have the right to exchange or return.
