
Information about delivery times for online store orders
If there are any changes or delays in your order (product defects, dye lots, etc.), we will primarily contact you by email. Please make sure that your contact information is correct when placing your order.
We aim to process orders within two business days (Mon-Fri). The majority of our deliveries are sent to Posti for delivery on the day of order or the following business day (Schenker and Matkahuolto packages are delivered to the parcel point once a day, from where they are sent onward within the scope of the parcel point's pickups).
If you have selected "Pickup from store" as your delivery method, please wait for a separate email stating that your order is available for pickup. We process all online store orders in the order in which they are placed.
Gmail and hotmail addresses in particular often filter the message we send from the system directly to the spam folder, so please check your email if your order has not been sent within 2 business days (Mon-Fri). Order confirmations also sometimes go directly to the spam folder.
Note: In July, online orders may take 1-3 business days to process!
